A puzzle you can read at a glance
Noodle Slurp has one rule, and you can learn it in a single tap: a noodle can only leave the box if its path is clear. Everything else comes from how the noodles are packed. Early boxes are loose and friendly. Later ones are tangled knots where almost every noodle is pinned by another, and the only way out is to find the one move that starts a chain.
The setting is a lunchtime bento box, and the chef is Miso, a round cat with a big appetite. Every noodle you free slides straight into Miso’s bowl with a satisfying slurp. Clear several in a row without a mistake and the slurp combo climbs.
Mistakes cost hearts rather than time. There is no clock ticking down, so you can study the box for as long as you want before you commit. It suits a coffee break, a bus ride or the last few minutes before bed.

How to play Noodle Slurp
- Look at the box. Every noodle has an arrow at one end showing the direction it will slide.
- Find a noodle whose path to the edge of the box is completely clear, and tap it. It slides out and Chef Miso slurps it up.
- If you tap a noodle that is blocked, it bumps into another noodle and you lose a heart.
- Keep going until the box is empty. Clearing noodles one after another without mistakes builds a slurp combo.
- Try the daily puzzle for a shared challenge, then copy your emoji grid to show friends how you did without spoiling it.

Tips and strategy
Start from the edges
Noodles near the rim that point outward usually have the shortest path to freedom. Clearing them first opens up space and often frees the noodles behind them.
Trace the path with your eyes, not your finger
Before you tap, follow the arrow all the way to the edge of the box. One small noodle crossing that line is enough to cost a heart. A second of checking is cheaper than a mistake.
Look for blockers that block the most
Some noodles sit across the paths of several others. Freeing that one noodle can unlock three or four moves at once, so it is often worth working towards it first.
Watch out for noodles that block each other
Two noodles can point towards each other so that neither can move until something else changes. Every level can be solved, so when you spot a standoff, look for a different noodle to free first.
Protect your combo on the daily
On the daily puzzle there is no rush. Take your time on the first few moves, because a clean start keeps your slurp combo alive and makes the rest of the box easier to read.
