Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Some US state privacy laws, including California’s (CCPA as amended by the CPRA), give you the right to opt out of the “sale” of your personal information and its “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising (ads based on your activity across different websites).

Where things stand today

We do not sell or share your personal information today. There is no advertising on PlayTrendingGames yet, and our analytics are cookie-free.

When advertising starts

We plan to show ads through Google AdSense in the future. Personalised ads can count as “sharing” under these laws. When advertising starts:

• this page will include an opt-out control you can use in one click, with no account needed;
• we will treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out, and show you that it was honoured;
• if you opt out, you may still see ads, but they will not be personalised based on your activity on other sites.

You can already tell us your choice in advance:

• Use Global Privacy Control. If your browser or an extension sends a GPC signal, we will honour it as soon as any sale or sharing could apply.
• Email us at hello@playtrendinggames.com with the subject “Do not sell or share”. We do not need your name.
• Google’s controls. You can turn off personalised ads from Google at Ads Settings, and from many other companies at www.aboutads.info.

You can also use an authorised agent to make a request for you. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
